August 4th we inhabited the Roxy Theatre in San Francisco. With the support of Mollusk and the Roxy Theatre, we drank in the evening with ease, surrounded in good company. We then headed south to the historical Star Theatre in Oceanside, with the support of Feeding the Soul Foundation and friends.
If you're in Montreal, Canada please join us at the Phi Centre Theatre August 13th. Presented by Vans
For the next stop of our Premier Tour, we headed north to the City of Long Beach. With the support of Vans, we rented the beautiful Art Theatre on 4th Street. Our friend Phil of Pro8mm, who developed and processed our super 8 and 16mm film for the project, captured some of the evening. Surrounded by old and new friends, it was a great evening in the historical and vibrant city. Thank you Vans and The Art Theatre of Long Beach !
For our first official premiere, we headed to the legendary La Paloma Theatre in Encinitas, California. This theatre has hosted several iconic surf film premieres since the 1960s. As the cosmos would have it, our premiere fell on the same weekend that Endless Summer was released 50 years prior. We sat amongst good friends, good surfers, family, the cast and crew for an unforgettable evening - a celebration of the collaboration and hard work of the past five years. After two sold out shows, we danced until the wee hours of the morning. We couldn't have asked for a better start to our Premier Tour. Thank you La Paloma Theatre and all those who joined us !
